Cross Keys Commons and Campus, Washington Township

Cross Keys Commons Developed and owned by American Continental Properties of New York, Cross Keys Commons and Campus is a 245 acre project located within the rapidly develpoing Route 42 corridor in Turnersville (Washington Township). The project is a mutli-phase commercial and industrial/office park with an anticipated total building area of 2.3 million square feet. CES has furnished a full range of engineering/surveying services for this site. Notable features include traffic design and resignalization of Route 42 and widening of a one mile section of Gloucester County Route 555. Environmental permits for wetlands delineation and filling, as well as utility designs were undertaken. Internal roadway systems were designed to provide easy access to NJ Route 42 and three major County roadways, thereby reducing impact to the surrounding road network. Walmart, Acme, and Brunswick Bowling initiated the project. The newest element, light industrial/office space, recently opened. IBM's regional office is the primary occupant.
